There has been a lot of complains from students that they got ripped of by agencies just because the are diploma students.
I was a diploma student too.
Here is Step By Step Application Process for Undergraduate study who has completed DIPLOMA instead of Higher secondary...
Well, let me tell you; the process is actually pretty much similar.
1. As a diploma student we do not study English as much as we should.
So, before you apply, study hard and get a good score in IELTS.
2. Submit applications to universities.
Now, the fact is: A lot of Canadian universities are not familiar with 4 years diploma from Bangladesh. In my case, I told them my diploma is actually equivalent to HSC in my country.
Then, I had to prove it .
I sent THE EDUCATION POLICY 2010 gadget to office of the registrar of MUN to prove the equivalency .
Here is the link for gadget: http://old.moedu.gov.bd/index.php?option=com_docman&task=doc_download&gid=1178&Itemid=
The gadget is in Bengali, I just marked the important lines and they did the translation.
In case if they hadn't checked , I had added wiki link as a backup option. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Education_in_Bangladesh

Look at alternative education
Peter gill, Assistant Registrar of Memorial University was satisfied with these resources .
3. The syllabus of diploma is clearly different from HSC.
So, I sent the PDF of the courses I had completed in diploma.
But they asked me for the authentication for the pdf files I sent them.
So. I sent them the link of technical education board syllabus link.
... then the rest of it is as same as the other applications.
Note: Diploma education has nothing to do with visa or embassy.
Best of luck with your application!
